COMPANY STRATEGY is the investments organization in: CreditProm-Capital real estate investment strategy focuses on development transactions of office and shopping centers in Ukrainian in major cities and cottage villages of Kiev region. Acceptable project realization term is 1-4 years. CreditProm Capital is interested in investments into Owner’s capital and securities of Ukrainian companies, operating in the following sectors: - Chemical; - Metallurgy; - Telecommunications; - Light and food industries. Investments are made in order to take part in strategical and operational management of the companies with the purpose of increasing their market value/capitalization. We are interested in software development, telecommunications projects, new technologies for chemical industry and metallurgy, new materials. We are open for cooperation.
