Credit Prom Capital is interested in investments to venture projects in the following fields: - software development; - telecommunications projects; - new technologies for chemical industry and metallurgy; - new materials. There are no strict limitations for the amount of the investment required, the project field and our share in the project. The Company makes the decision for each project individually. Selection of technology transfer mechanism The term of technology transfer primary relates to the activity of the companies in area of export/import of the technologies. Market mechanism work in environment where the transfer of intellectual property is performed as follows: - Transfer of rights (complete – the transfer of patent, or partial — licenses);
- Venture investment (creation of the enterprises with the joint risks, “joint venture”, when one party transfers scientific and technical knowledge and its own reputation, and also of the qualified personnel, equipment, etc.);
- Delivery of technological equipment and materials in form of sale or rent;
- Formation of strategic alliances (joint scientific and research works, cooperative agreements on specialized production of the blocks and parts according to the technology of one of the partners, on mutual granting of technology with the further exchange and assemblage, etc.).
