	Dmitry Kosmatiy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Ph D in Physics and Mathematics. Creates the strategy of Company development, forms the Company’s policy due to his experience in area of financial, investment, strategic and administrative planning, business development and investment management. Coordinates the matters of partnership and contacts with the investors. “Powerful and creative team supporting the same ideas is the necessary condition for stable and growing business. Team work is the ability to stay at your principles both when facing the problems and having got the triumph. The Leadership is the capacity to unite the successful individuals into the successive team, is the skill to turn your dreams and possibilities into reality”.
	Aleksandr Artemenko   Head of Investment Department. Experienced in asset management of the joint investment institutions, real estate projects and evaluation of objects' investment attractiveness.   “The greatest possibilities are here and now. Our imagination helps to see them, feel them and find the ways for their realization. That ensures the ability to succeed in any deal. 	Sergey Golubev   Head of Corporate Finance Department. Specialist in area of project estimation, evaluation of securities, in charge for formation of the investment portfolio of the Company. Has a certificate of specialist on ICMQ (International Capital Market Qualification) privided by Securities Institute, Great Britain, certificate of International Financial Market Trader from Kiev business-school. Participates in program to get CERTIFIED INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT ANALYST (CIIA®) qualification   “Only fundamental estimation of the possibilities leads to optimal result”.
	Oleg Podoliniy   Project manager. Experienced in real estate projects management. Active personality, with the sense of humour, capable of finding solution even in the most difficult situations.   “The result of the work have to be like masterpiece. It should make people admire.
